Error while running CloudFormation

there was an error while trying to execute the CloudFormation command. what does this mean ? the S3 - bucket exists I checked it.

bash-4.2# aws cloudformation package --template-file template.yml --s3-bucket docker-on-aws-raggadaz --output-template-file .template.yml

looks like you missed running npm i in the aws folder?

ja der npm i befehlt kommt mit einem Fehler zurück:
